Etta Lynette Wright Wiley

Etta Lynette Wright Wiley, age 76 of Cornelia, passed away Saturday, January 09, 2010, at her residence following a sudden illness.

Born in Banks County on May 09, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John Newton and Mary Etta Ivie Wright. Ms. Wiley was employed as an operator at Freudenberg NOK for 17 years. She was a member of Alto Baptist Church and enjoyed fellowshipping with others. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by an infant sister and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Nix Wright.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Myra & Hank Williams of Alto; brother, Ralph Wright of Cornelia; grandchildren and spouses, Eston & Jessica Willis and Lloyd & Jessica Willis; great grandchildren, William David Willis, Sawyer Allen Willis and Kaitlyn Gary.

Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday, January 11, 2010, at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Terry Dale officiating. Interment will follow in Enon Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday.
