Lona Wall Sharpton

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Lona Wall Sharpton, age
92 of Jefferson, Georgia who passed away on Saturday, January 2,
2010. Mrs. Sharpton was born in Barrow County Georgia, the daughter
of the late Theradore and Kate Stewart Wall, Mrs. Sharpton was a
homemaker and a member of the Hawthorne Baptist Church in Lilburn.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws, Wendell and Wynelle
Sharpton of Jefferson, C.L. and Jo Sharpton of Rex. Grandchildren,
Troy Sharpton, Michelle Sharpton and Hollis Sharpton. Great
Grandchildren, Matt Venable, Courtney Sharpton, Michelle Sharpton.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from
the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverends Winford Page and Terry
Page officiating with burial to follow in the Auburn City Cemetery,
Barrow County. The family will recieve friends at Evans Funeral Home
on Tuesday 1 - 2 P.M.. Those desiring may make memorials to the
