Jacqueline Ford Bolton, age 61 of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Monday, December 28, 2009 at Hospice Atlanta following an extended illness.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park South with interment to follow in Memorial Park South Cemetery.
