Arthur Lee Eubanks

Mr. Arthur Lee Eubanks, age 70, was born December 23, 1938 in Banks County, GA to Tommy and Margie Crane Eubanks, and died Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Mr. Eubanks was a construction worker who retired after 13 years with Sunbelt Construction. Mr. Eubanks was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and was attending, until his passing, Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Mr. Eubanks was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Grace Eubanks Ervin and a grandchild, Jessica Eubanks.


Mr. Eubanks is survived by his wife, Martha Ann Bennett Eubanks; his son, Jerry Eubanks of Commerce, GA; two grandchildren, Jennifer Culberson of Colbert, GA, and Zachery Eubanks of Commerce, GA; two great grandchildren; his brothers, George H. Eubanks of Gainesville, GA, Bobby Eubanks of Commerce, GA, and Johnny W. Eubanks of Commerce, GA; and his sisters, Lillie Mae Eubanks Benton of Commerce, GA, Sharon Eubanks Chamberlain of South Carolina, and Betty Eubanks Barrett of Nicholson, GA.


Funeral service will be Saturday, 11:00 AM, at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home, with the Rev. Don McLain officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6-9 PM. The family request in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, Hwy 51, Homer, GA, 30547.
