Frank A. Miller

Dr. Frank A. Miller, 66, of Gainesville passed away Monday December 14, 2009. The family will receive friends at Wards Funeral Home Thursday evening 6pm- 9pm. Dr. Miller was born in Savannah, Ga. and grew up in Batavia, New York. He was a 1965 graduate of New York State University in Buffalo with a B. A. Degree and 1971 with his M.D., and served his residency at Duke University in Psychiatry . He was Board Certified in 1991. He practiced in Durham, N.C., New Orleans, La., and moved his practice to Gainesville in 1987. Dr. Miller was a lover of Art, History, Sports, Space Exploration and all types of Music, which he shared with people. He had a most unique laugh that he used to make this world a better place in which to be. He was a dedicated family man and physician. Surviors include Wife Paulette Miller, of Gainesville. 2 Sons Matthew Frank Miller and Cameron Albert Miller, both of Atlanta. Daughter & Son-in-law Leticia Ann Miller Brady & Peter Brady,Gainesville. Brother Delancy Miller, Florida. Granddaughter Paulette Mary Brady.
