Robert Jackson Gibson, age 83 of Buford, GA died Sunday, December 13, 2009. Funeral service will be held Monday, December 14, 2009 at 7:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 12:00 noon at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Carrollton, GA. Mr. Gibson is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Gibson, Buford, GA. Son, Neal Gibson & his wife Cherie, of Lilburn, GA. Son, Joe Gibson and his wife Hope, of Alpharetta, GA Daughter, Patti Wood and her husband John, of Pensacola, FL. Daughter, Jacquie Parker and her husband Mike, of Oakwood, GA. Daughter, Teresa Parker and her husband Tim, of Sugar Hill, GA. 12 Grandchildren. 1 Great-grandchild. Brother, Bayne Gibson and his wife Nell of Longmont, CO. Brother, Ed Gibson and his wife Kathleen of Safety Harbor, FL. Niece, Kathy Gibson of Carrollton, GA. Mr. Gibson was a native of Athens, GA.
