Frances Sexton Burruss

Mrs. Frances Sexton Burruss, age 79, a native of Forsyth County, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2009. She was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Burruss, Jr.



Survivors include her children, Don and Carolyn Burruss of Cumming, Harold and Phyllis Burruss of Cumming, Gail and Henry Hughes of Grayson, Deborah Burruss Bramblett and Steve Northan of Cumming; grandchildren Traci, Kim, Amanda, Kyle, Brian, Blake, Amy, Cassie, Ryan, Jared, Amy, Neal, Katie, Cameron and Nicholas; 26 great grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law Eugene and Betty Sexton of Cumming, JoAnn Sexton of Sugar Hill, Elizabeth Pirkle of Gainesville; and several other relatives also survive.



Funeral services will be held Monday, December 14, 2009 at 11:00 am at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Byrd and Rev. Bud Sutton officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Monday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
