Lessie Segars Mote

Lessie Segars Mote, age 82 of Demorest, passed away Monday, November 30, 2009, at The Oaks at Scenic View following an extended illness.

Born in Banks County, GA on May 19, 1927, she was the daughter of the late William Andrew and Lou Ausburn Segars. Mrs. Mote was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Habersham County Medical Center in the housekeeping department. She enjoyed working in her vegetable garden and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mote was also preceded in death by her husband Eugene Jordan â
