Sarah Olene Crane

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Sarah Olene Crane, age 74, of Athens who died Nov. 23,2009.

Survivors include a son Sidney Crane of Athens; 4 daughters Linda Linch of Athens, Susan Scanchez of San Diego, CA Cynthia Crane Rabara of San Diego, CA and Dr. Judy Drago of Hurtford, N.C.; a brother Fred Turpin of Commerce; and a sister Grace Mumblow of Anderson, S.C. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister Virgna Turpin Stafford.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Linda Wollum, Bob Synan and Scott Hamilton officiating with burial in the Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Friday Nov. 27, 2009.
