Thomas J. Brock

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Thomas J. Brock, age 73,
of Jefferson, who passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Mr.
Brock was born on May 5, 1936 in Walton County, a son to the late
Clarence Enos Brock and the late Lelia Blankenship Brock. Mr. Brock
was retired from the Textile Manufacturing business.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Wilkes of Commerce; son Wayne Brock
and daughter, Denise Prather both of Statham, step-daughters, Gail
Blackstock, Olive Branch, Miss, and Rachael Davis of Gainesville,
sisters, Grace Hayes and Geneva Reed both of Winder, 6 Grandchildren
and 2 Great Grandchildren, and Buddy and Suzie.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2pm in
the Bethany United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike McLemore
officiating. The burial will follow in the Bethany UMC Cemetery and
the visitation will be held Friday evening from 5-8pm at the funeral
home.
