Farion L. Bradford

Farion L. Bradford, age 52 of Hoschton, GA died Tuesday, November 17, 2009 after an extended illness. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Darrell Pruitt will officiate. Interment will follow in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive Friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at the funeral home. The Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Peachtree Christian Hospice 3430 Duluth Park Lane, Duluth, GA 30096. Farion was preceded in death by his Mother, Ruby Wright Bradford. Surviving are, Daughter and Son In-law, Brandy and Ron Woodfin, Tallassee, AL. Grandsons, Makinley and Noah Woodfin, Tallassee, AL. Father, Kelley Bradford and Wife Kathryn, Carnesville, GA. Sister and Brother In-law, Pat and Mark Bruce, Buford, GA. Nephew, Scott Bruce, Buford, GA. Many Aunts Uncles and Cousins. Farion was a life long resident of Gwinnett County. He had a long career as a foreman in the grading and hauling business. He was a gifted auto mechanic and diagnostician. In his spare time he enjoyed semi-pro drag racing where he was an owner/driver with Lazy and Mean Racing Team featuring a 1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
