Brenda Dianne Hayes Dalton

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Brenda Dianne Hayes Dalton, age 59, of Jefferson, who passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2009. Mrs. Dalton, born in Jackson County, was the daughter of the late, Clarence and Zora Mae Pritchett Hayes. She was a nurse with Athens Regional Medical Center and was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Hayes.

Survivors include her husband, Merel Dalton of Jefferson. Son, Jason Dalton; daughter, Brandy Dalton both of Jefferson. Brothers, Tommy Hayes of Jefferson; Randy Hayes of Comer; and Timothy Hayes of Winder.

Funeral Services will be held 3:30 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in Evans Memory Gardens, Jefferson.
