Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Infant Charlie Elizabeth Mize, age 6 weeks, of Nicholson, who passed away on Monday, Oct. 5, 2009.

Survivors include her mother, Stephanie Marie Mize of Nicolson. Grandparents, David Mize of Carnesville; Nancy Hill of Nicholson. Great grandparents, Ken and Kathy Mize of Cornelia. Aunts and uncle, Elizabeth Mize of Carnesville; Craig and Tonya Mize of Commerce.

Graveside Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009 in the Galilee Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Barry Steiner officiating.
