James Sosebee, age 74, of Hawthorne Lane, Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Following an extended illness.
Inurnment services are scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 1:30 pm in the Columbarium of First Baptist Church, with a memorial service to follow in the church chapel at 2:00 pm. Following the memorial service the family will receive friends in the church Banquet Hall lobby. Dr. Bill Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home North-Riverside Chapel.
Mr. Sosebee was born on July 23, 1935 to the late Roscoe and Eva Sosebee in Habersham County. He spent his early years in Demorest, Georgia. James was a graduate of Piedmont College where he received his Bachelorâ
