Jeanette Owen Taylor

Mrs. Jeanette Owen Taylor, 85, died at her home in Roswell, Georgia, on September 24, 2009, after an extended illness. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia, with a memorial service on Sunday at 3:00 pm at Westminster Church in Gainesville, Georgia.

Mrs. Taylor was born on November 17, 1923, in Atlanta. She was employed with Delta Air Lines prior to raising her family in East Point, Georgia. A loving wife and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William J. Taylor of Atlanta, and her daughter, Ann Taylor Morrell. She was a member of Crosspointe Community Church in Roswell.

She is survived by her sons, Dr. William J. Taylor, Jr. of Greenville, South Carolina and Ralph L. Taylor III of Gainesville, Georgia; daughter in law Lisa S. Taylor of Gainesville, Georgia; son in law Robert E. Morrell III of Dunwoody, Georgia; and grandchildren, D. Leland Taylor of Davidson, North Carolina, Samuel W. Taylor, Eleanor C. Taylor and Henry J. Taylor of Gainesville, Georgia.
