Louise Tench

Ivie Funeral Home announces memorial services for Louise Tench, 58, of Athens (Center) who died on Monday at BJC Hospital in Commerce. Born in Jackson County, GA, she was the daughter of the late J.D. and Marie Tolbert Archer. She was married to Lewis Tench of the residence.

Survivors, along with her husband, include children, Tammy Louise Tench, Tracy Tench and Tonya Morgan, all of Center; grandchildren, Cole Morgan and Cassey Morgan; sisters, Dora Alexander of Lexington, Catherine Sheridan of Nicholson, Glenda Martin of Jefferson, and Shelby Ingram of Madison County; brother, Robert Archer of Danielsville.

Memorial services for Louise Tench will be conducted on Thursday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Brian Speed officiating. The body was cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
