Reba Beatrice Jordan

Reba Beatrice Jordan, U. S. Navy Retired RN, age 85, of Martin, died Saturday, August 29, 2009, at Brown Memorial Convalescent Center in Royston.


She was born March 24, 1924 in Franklin County, a daughter of the late Gerome Jordan, Sr. and Birdie Hill Jordan and was preceded in death by a brother, Gerome Jordan, Jr. and four sisters, Bernice Harrison, Ila Wood, Lula Herron, and Jessie Jackson.


After retiring from the U. S. Navy, Miss Jordan continued her career as a Registered Nurse at Stephens County Hospital and later retired. She was a member of Tomâ
