Hazel Chadwick

Mrs. Hazel Chadwick, age 93 of Cumming, GA, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jonah Chadwick. Mrs. Chadwick was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.



Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Alice Chadwick of Cumming, Bill and JoAnn Chadwick of Jasper and Teddy and Jamie Chadwick of Cumming; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; niece, Peggy Ray Pearson of Cumming; nephew, Harold Pearson of Cumming; special friend, Lois Wallis of Cumming.



Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 9th at 2:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Richards and Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, Aug. 8th from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and Sunday, August 9th from 9:00 am until the hour of service.
