Ricky Simonds

Mr. Ricky Simonds, age 46, of Dahlonega, GA died Sunday August 2, 2009.

Mr. Simonds was born in Pickens County, GA June 1, 1963 and had lived in Dawson and Lumpkin Counties for most of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Virginia Strickland Simonds.

He is survived by a brother, David Simonds, Dahlonega, GA; sister, Vicki Stroud, Copper Cove, TX. Several other relatives also survive.

A graveside funeral service is scheduled for 4 PM Thursday August 6, 2009 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Dawson County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:30 PM until 3:30 PM.
