Nora Edna Taulbee

Nora Edna Taulbee, 91, of Cumming, GA died at home on July 31, 2009. A native of Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late James and Matilda Simpson. Her beloved husband, Judson Taulbee also predeceased her.

Edna was a teacher for many years who dedicated her life to working with children with special needs. She loved sewing, handwork, gardening and was an avid reader.

Mrs. Taulbee is survived by her son, James L. Taulbee of Decatur, GA; special caregiver, Carole Rouse Taulbee; sister, Okla Smith of KY; grandchildren, Amy (Larry) Ganter of Flowery Branch, GA, Alison (Joe) Tiller of Sugar Valley, GA, and Andy (Tiffany) Taulbee of Cumming, GA; great-grandchildren, Ryan Ganter, and Jake, McKinlee and Cohen Taulbee; and beloved nieces and nephews.
