Ralph Pirkle

Mr. Ralph Pirkle, age 78 of Cumming, GA, passed away Monday, July 13, 2009. He was a native of Forsyth County and a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and of Odd Fellows. Mr. Pirkle was preceded in death by his parents, Fleet and Grace Pirkle and sister, Ruby Gates.

Survivors include wife, Gladysteen Pirkle of Cumming; sons and daughter-in-law, Glendon and Sharon Pirkle of Gainesville and Wayne Pirkle of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Martha Walls and Betty and Don Davis all of Cumming; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie and Barry Millwood, Jeremy and Jeanette Pirkle, Matthew Pirkle, Erin Pirkle and Brandon Hughes; 3 great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 15th at 2:00 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernie Worley, Rev. Rodney Pilcher and Rev. Jack Pilcher officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 14th from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Wednesday, July 15th from 9:00 pm until the hour of service.
