Grover Irwin Coleman

Grover Irwin Coleman, 61, of Rabun Gap, GA, went home to Glory at his residence on Sunday, June 28, 2009.

He was a lifelong resident of Rabun County and was the son of Carlton Coleman and Margie Welborn Coleman.

Grover was preceded in death by his father, Carlton Coleman. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Burma Sexton Coleman of the home; three daughters, Lacey and John Keener of Smyrna, Delaware, Alisha and Robert Herlong of North, South Carolina, Carrie and Reed Pruitt of Cumming, Georgia; two brothers, Bill Coleman of Milledgeville, GA, Pat Coleman of Rabun Gap, GA; two sisters, Dona Vinson of Dillard, GA, Carla Thornton of Woodstock, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Justin, Morgan, Jordan, Jayden, and Willie Irwin.

He was a member of Head of Tennessee Baptist Church, and a member of the Poultry Justice Alliance and the Poultry Growers Association. His family considered him their hero â
