Thomas Craig Callaway

Mr. Thomas Craig Callaway, age 56, of Dahlonega, GA died Thursday June 25, 2009 at his residence.

Mr. Callaway was a native of Atlanta, GA who had lived in Lumpkin County for the past 4 years. He was a former resident of Chamblee, GA. He was a retired construction worker and was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Callaway was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Thomas Callaway.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Ledford, Dahlonega, GA; mother, Dot Garner, Dawsonville, GA; brother, Danny Callaway, Dawsonville, GA; sister, Oona J. Callaway, New Mexico. A number of other relatives also survive.

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday June 30, 2009 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega with Rev. J.R. Fields officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to the memorial service and immediately following the memorial service.

Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the arrangements.
