Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Edward Franklin Miller Jr., age 44 of Powder Springs. Mr. Miller passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Cobb Wellstar Hospital following a sudden illness.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from Damascus Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Gunter and the Rev. Carlton Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery
Mr. Miller was born in Fulton County on September 6, 1964 to Edward Franklin Miller Sr. and the late Nancy Gossett Mille r. He loved playing sports as a young man and was an avid supporter of local teams as well as the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Mr. Miller was a 1982 graduate of Headland High School. He was of the Baptist faith
Mr. Miller is survived by his father, Edward Franklin Miller Sr. of Powder Springs as well as a host of other relatives including aunts,uncles, cousins and many special friends.
The family will received friends at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 P M
