Minnie L. Gresham

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Minnie L. Gresham, age 66 of Jefferson, Georgia who passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2009.

Mrs. Gresham was born September 14, 1942 in Jackson County to the late Johnny and Sadie Lucille Wilson. She leaves to cherish her memories; her husband, Lonnie Gresham of Jefferson, three daughters, Sylvia (Terrell) Shields of Rome, Angela (Steve) Jackson, and Veronica Gresham all of Jefferson, son, Morris (Vanessa)Gresham of Jefferson, three brothers, Reverend Fred Wilson, Donald (Betty) Wilson, James Wilson all of Jefferson, five sisters, Mary Lois Williams, Ora Dean Rowe, Lavern (Julius) Mack, Elease (Issac) Simpson all of Jefferson, Darlene (James) Hemphill of Gainesville.

Services will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, June 18, 2009 at New Salem Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park, Commerce. The cortege will assemble at 1:15 PM, Wednesday at 906 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Jefferson, Ga.
