Jerry Alexander Wade, Sr.

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Jerry Alexander Wade, Sr., age 60, of Commerce, who passed away on Friday, June 12, 2009. Mr. Wade, born in Fulton County, Georgia, was a son of the late, Steve Alexander Wade and the late, Edna Harper Wade. He was an auto body repairman; and was a Marine Corp. veteran of the Vietnam war.

Survivors include his wife: Janice Wilson Wade of Commerce. Sons: Jerry Wade, Jr. of Cumming; Johnny Wade of Blairsville; and Michael Wade of Commerce. Daughter: Sherrie Wade of Commerce. Brothers: Richard Wade of Sharpsburg; and Larry Wade of Jonesboro. Seven grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Monday, June 15, 2009 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Melwood Cemetery, Stone Mountain.
