Chad Hubbard, age 31 of Belton Bridge Road, Lula, Georgia, passed away Friday, June 5, 2009 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
