Martha Hansard

Mrs. Martha Hansard, age 92 of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2009. She was a life long resident of Forsyth County and a charter member of Bethelview United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband Cleland Hansard, parents, one brother, four sisters and several other relatives.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Jackie and Jim Loggins of Cumming; son James Harry Hansard of Cumming; grandchildren Mark Loggins of Cumming, Stacie Hansard of Cumming; great granddaughter Christina Hansard of Cumming; special friends Pat and Bobby Carreon of FL; and a number of cousins and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 pm at Bethelview United Methodist Church with Rev. James Gwinn and Rev. Lee Gaddis officiating. Interment will follow in Bethelview United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
