Carl Luther Nichols, 84, of Gainesville, GA, passed away Monday, May 18, 2009. Born in Marietta, Georgia on June 15, 1924 he was the son of the late Robert and Estelle Loubelle Brewer Nichols. He had lived in Gainesville for over 30 years. Mr. Nichols served in the U.S. Army during World War II and Korea and retired with 20 yearsâ
