Sidney Seldon Graves

Funeral services for Sidney Seldon Graves 87 of Gainesville will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday May 13,2009 in Strickland Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Milton Harris will officate. Interment will be in Pleasent Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Tucker, Ga. . Mr. Graves was a retired construction supervisor, he served in the army during WW II and was a member of The Clermont Masonic Lodge, he was a member of New Bridge Baptist Church. Mr. Graves is survived by his wife , Sarah Biggers Graves , his sons, Bill Graves of Lilburn, Dennis Graves of Louisville,TN. and Ray Graves of North Bend Washington, 9 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers it is requsted that donations be made to New Bridge Baptist Church.
