Grace St. John Williams

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of
Mrs. Grace St. John Williams, age 97, of Clayton, GA, formerly of Talmo, who passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Mrs. Williams was born on November 5, 1911 in Rockdale County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Talmo Baptist Church. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Webb Williams and her daughter, Betty Kinney.


Survivors include her son, Robert H. Williams Sr., of Jesup; grandchildren, Bobby Williams, Suzanne Simpson, Karen Rice and Amy Palmer; 2 great grandchildren, Leann Wade and Jon-Jay Wade.


Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Spence officiating. The burial will follow in the Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
