Bernard Alfred Freitag

Bernard Alfred Freitag, 48, of Suwanee, GA died on April 29, 2009. The son of Marie Levin Freitag and the late Bernhard Freitag, he was born in Peru, IL.

An active member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Mr. Freitag was a member of Regium Christi.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Melissa Freitag of Suwanee, GA; children, Rose, Kurt and Bernard, Jr. also of Suwanee; brothers, William (Judith) Freitag of Culpeper, VA and Michael Freitag of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Kathleen (Jeff) Pierce of Stuart, FL; and nieces and nephews, Amanda and Brian Freitag and Michael and Brandon Pierce.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Duluth, GA followed by a reception at the church. The family will receive friends at a celebration of his life on Monday, May 4, 2009 from 6:00 â
