Margaret Virginia Ernest Mann

Mrs. Margaret Virginia Ernest Mann, age 79, of Dahlonega, GA, died Wednesday April 8, 2009 at the Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, GA.

Mrs. Mann was born in Douglasville, GA on September 19, 1929. She was a former Atlanta resident who had lived in Dahlonega since 1995. She was a homemaker and member of Riverside Church of God in Atlanta.

She was the daughter of the late Harry A. Ernest and Wilma Pirkle Ernest and was also preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Mae Hammond; an infant brother; and a granddaughter, Cammie Black.

Mrs. Mann is survived by her husband, Robert Mann, Dahonega, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Bill Black, Douglasville, GA, Linda and Fred Dickerson, Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Angel Edwards, Sheila Reinert, Robert Reinert, and Marsha Dickerson; great-grandchildren, T.J. Edwards, Amy Stigleman, Andrew Edwards, Austin Edwards, AnnaLoren Edwards, Alexandra Scardina, Samantha Scardina, Brandon Wolford; great-greatgrandchildren, Cameryn Foster, and Nicholas Scardina. A number of other relatives also survive.

A graveside funeral service is scheduled for 11 AM Friday April 10, 2009 at the River View Memorial Park in Smyrna, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM.
