Loretta F. Rhodes

Loretta F. Rhodes, Lawrenceville, GA passed away Saturday, February 14, 2009 at her residence following a sudden illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2009 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Elaine Puckett will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 16, 2009 from 7 -9 pm and Tuesday, February 17, 2009 from 1 till funeral time of 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Rhodes was born in Rock Hill, SC to Harrison Fitzgerald and Bertie Mae Cheek Fitzgerald. She was retired from Lucent Technologies and was preceded in death by her father, Harrison Fitzgerald and her brother, Michael Fitzgerald.

Mrs. Rhodes is survived by her husband, Vance Rhodes of Lawrenceville, son & daughter-in-law, Brian & Amy Holbrook, granddaughter, Emily Holbrook, grandson, Hunter Holbrook of Buford, daughter, Amanda Rhodes of Duluth, mother, Bertie Mae Fitzgerald, sisters, Debbie Yonce of Athens, Brenda Loggins of Loganville, Darlene Mealor of Bishop and Mary Pennington of Pendergrass, brothers, Ben Fitzgerald of Commerce, Kenneth Fitzgerald of Talmo, Donnie Fitzgerald of Commerce, David Fitzgerald of Tucker, Johnny Fitzgerald of Gainesville.
