Lendon Phillips

Mr. Lendon Phillips, age 63, a native and life long resident of Forsyth County, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009.



Survivors include his wife, Joyce Frye of Cumming; step-son, Steve Frye of Cumming; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Richard and Jean Butler of Dahlonega, Walter and Dean Duran of Gainesville, Carlton and Pam Butler of Murrayville and Jimmy and Donna Butler of Dahlonega; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.



Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Friday, January 16, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.



Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
