Norris Mack

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Norris Mack, age 59 of Statham, Georgia who died Thursday, December 25, 2008.

Mr. Mack was born in Barrow County, Georgia the son of the late Randolph Mack and Lenora Brown Mack of Statham. Mr. Mack was a farmer and a retired Machine Technician. Mr. Mack
was a member of the Greater Barbers Creek Missionary Baptist Church where he served faithfully as a Deacon.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Mack is survived by his loving wife, Verice "Vera" Collins Mack of Statham, daughter and son in law Nedra and Harrison Gresham of Grovetown. Sons and daughter in laws, Rico and Nathalie Mack of Athens, Carlo and Kim Mack of Dacula, Fernando and Mary Mack of Winder. Sisters surviving are Efferie Bradley of Ohio, Bertha Mae Batton of Decatur, Gertie Sims of Winder, Jeanette Green of Statham, Carolyn Thomas of Statham, Juanita Mack of Statham, Patricia Coleman of South Carolina. Brothers surviving are Lamar Mack of Statham, Guestus Mack of Atlanta, Uranius Mack of Statham, Walter Mack of Winder, James Mack of Statham. Adopted in love as children, Lambert J. Tory and Lionel Tory of Jefferson. Ten grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at The Greater Barber Creek Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Leonard Summerour officiating with burial to follow in Barrow Memorial Gardens, Winder, Georgia.
