Donald "Duck" Garrett

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory announces the death of Mr. Donald "Duck" Garrett, age 57, of Cumming who passed away Wednesday, August 06, 2008.

Mr. Garrett was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Louise Garrett; brothers, Bobby Garrett, J.C. "Goose" Garrett, R.L. (L) Garrett, and Bart E. Garrett; nephew, Jeffrey Pearson.

Survivors include sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Harold Pearson, Cumming; Margie and Bobby Jennings, Dawsonville; brother, Clinton "Boo" Garrett, Macon; sisters-in-law, Francis Garrett, Flowery Branch; Barbara Eckhart, Pendergrass; nieces and nephews, Sheila and Bobby Nance, Buford; Gail and Michael Cantrell, Cumming; Lori and Keith Dodd, Cumming; Tommy Garrett, Commerce; Teresa Garrett, Pendergrass; Brian and Brandy Jennings, Dawsonville; Shannon Jennings, Dawsonville; Sierra Jennings, Gainesville and a number of great nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 10, 2008 in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Purcell, Reverend R.L. Couch, and Reverend Danny Ray Martin officiating. Interment will follow atSawnee View Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 9:00 PM Friday, August 08, 2008; from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday, August 09, 2008.
