Mrs. Alice Lindsey Walker

Mrs. Walker died Sunday, Sept. 26 at the Lanier Park Campus following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday, September 29, 2004 from the funeral home chapel with the Revs. Kenneth Pilcher and Leon Arrowood officiating. Interment will follow in the Christian Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Walker was born in Coffee County and had lived in Hall County since 1996. She was a homemaker and a member of Christian Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Walker; sisters, Sallie and Gladys; brother Aubrey. She is survived by her sons, James Walker, Cleveland, Robert Walker, Unadillla; daughters, Sallie Thomas, Lula, Frances Walker, Lula; Elsie Tarrant, Douglas; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 P.M. Alexander's Gateway Chapel Funeral Home of Cleveland is in charge of arrangements.
