Dennis Calvin Farmer

Dennis Calvin Farmer, age 72 of Spring Road, Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Friday March 4, 2005 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held 4:30pm Sunday March 6, 2005 in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends from 7-9pm Saturday March 5, 2005 at the funeral home.

Mr. Farmer was born in Hall County to the late Luther Calvin "Jack" Farmer and Reedy Dodd Farmer. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Mission.

Survivors include his wife, Eula Farmer, Gainesville; daughter, Bertha Chambers, Gainesville; sons, Tony Farmer, Dahlonega; John Farmer, Gainesville; and Tommy Farmer, Oakwood; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Naomi Evans, Gainesville; and Janey Lou Evans, of Toccoa.
