Thester Satterfield

Mr. Satterfield passed away on Monday at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Born inHall County, Georgia on October 29, 1932, he was the son of the late Newton & Linie Myers Satterfield. Mr. Satterfield was a retired minister after 40 years in the ministry and a retired Sunday School teacher. He was a member of the County Line Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife: Jewanda Satterfield, Cleveland; sons & daughters-in-laws: Lynn & Ellen Satterfield, Greg & Marie Satterfield, Bryan & April Satterfield, all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Kimberly Satterfield, Justin Satterfield, Katie Satterfield, Stephanie Satterfield, Caleb Satterfield, all of Cleveland; sisters: Harrietta Irvil and Evelyn Savage, both of Lula.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday from the County Line Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family willreceive friends from 6-9 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
