Estelle Lillian Holtzclaw

Estelle Lillian Holtzclaw, 81, of Forsyth County died Tuesday following a sudden illness.

Born in Forsyth County to the late Columbus and Annie Wigley, she was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, the Georgia Soil Conservation and Georgia Farm Bureau. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Roy G. Holtzclaw; daughter, Kathy Holtzclaw; and brother, Hubert Wigley.

Survivors include her daughters, Sheila Paynter, Austin, Texas, and Dale Gravitt, Cumming; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2006, at Oak Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Dennis Bottoms, the Rev. Ruel Martin and the Rev. John Lumus will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
