Teresa Mincey Gibbs

Teresa Mincey Gibbs, age 46, of Dahlonega, Ga. died Friday March 2, 2007 at the Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, Ga. following an extended illness. Mrs. Gibbs was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She was the daughter of the late Clifford Dorsey Mincey and Ethel Riddle Mincey of Lumpkin County.

Mrs. Gibbs is survived by her husband : Johnny Gibbs of Dahlonega, Ga. , Sons: Chubby Mincey of Dahlonega, Ga.,and Casey Price of Dahlonega, Ga. , Brothers : John Mincey of Dahlonega, Ga. and Billy Mincey of Cherokee NC. , Sisters : Vicki Burns of Dahlonega, Ga. and Patsy Miller of Dahlonega, Ga. , Grandchildren : Will Mincey and Victoria Price of Dahlonega, Ga. . A number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gibbs are scheduled for 4 P.M. Sunday March 4, 2007 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega. The Rev. Russel Burt will officiate.

Interment will follow in Dahlonega Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until 9 P.M. Saturday and Sunday until time of service .
