Berthaleen Parten Duck

Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, Georgia announces the death of Mrs. Berthaleen Parten Duck, age 91, of Braselton, who passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2007. Mrs. Duck, born in Clarke County, was a daughter to the late, John W. and Eula Mae Parten. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Baptist Church. Mrs. Duck was preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Preston Duck; and a son: Jack Duck.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law: Glenn and Pam Duck of Braselton; and son: David Duck of Braselton. Four Grandchildren and five Great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, October 9, from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. Interment will be held in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
