Tracey Lee Denier, 68, went to be with her Lord on August 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born December 29, 1956, in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of Guy and Carlene Rouse.
Tracey found great joy in watching her grandchildren play sports and in traveling on family vacations. She was rarely without her miniature schnauzer, Ally, who was her constant companion. Her love for animals was evident throughout her life, as she spent many years breeding and showing Shetland Sheepdogs.
A true racing enthusiast, Tracey was an avid NASCAR fan who proudly followed the sport she loved. She will be remembered for her deep devotion to family, her passion for animals and racing, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Carlene Rouse.
Tracey is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Denier of Dawsonville; sons Justin and Carly Barr of Buford and Kyle and Laura Barr of Dawsonville; grandchildren Landon and Carlene Barr of Dawsonville; brother Greg and Kathy Rouse of Daniel, Wyoming; sister Cecelia Rouse of Dawsonville; and many nieces and extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Gordon Pirkle Room at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, Dawsonville, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, Georgia Chapter.
