Betty Joyce Mize

Mrs. Betty Joyce Mize, age 93, of Commerce, GA died Sunday, August 31, 2025 at her residence.  Mrs. Mize was born in Commerce to the late Nelson and Annie Richey Hollifield.  She was a member of Madison Street Baptist Church and retired from Mt. Vernon Mills.

Mrs. Mize is survived by her son, Steve Mize (Dianne) of Commerce; sister, Geraldine Carithers of Commerce; granddaughter, Stacey Mize Fouche (Jeff); great-grandsons, Trace Tanner and Hunter Fouche; great-great-grandson, Kasen Steve Tanner.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, graveside at Grey Hill Cemetery with Rev. Marty Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 12 until 2 PM.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
