Vera Dean Paul-Terry

Vera Dean Paul-Terry was born January 6, 1947 in Macon, Georgia, to the late Willie and Josephine Paul. On August 15, 2025, she went home to be with the Lord. 

 

Her early education was at Rainbow Park Elementary. She graduated from North Dade Jr. and Sr. High School in Opa-Locka, Florida. After high school, Vera met and married Henry

Terry, Jr. Vera retired from Parkway Regional Medical Center after 36 years of service. Vera later moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2017. Vera was a faithful member at First Baptist Church of Bunche Park, Miami Gardens, Florida, under the leadership of Rev. Alexander Bostic Jr.

She leaves to cherish fond memories her three children: Kimberly Terry, Jeffrey Terry (Margaret Terry), Janice Basemore (Jarvis Basemore Jr.); grandchildren: Jerel Terry, Stephon Davis, Larissa Boone, Darius Terry, Amaya Terry; great grand: Penelope Terry; one sister: Alice Bostic (Rev. Alexander Bostic Jr.); nieces: Rosalind Johnson (Thomas), Jacqueline Ross, Pamela Siler (David Ricky); nephews: the late Eric Glass Sr., Sheldon Clarke (Christina Clarke), Min. Alexander Bostic III (Keyondra Bostic), Jonathan Bostic; a host of great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
