Jimmy Little was born on May 5, 1955 in Hartwell, GA to the late Roebuck Little and Frances C. Little. He was called home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2025 at Parkside at Budd Terrace Nursing and Rehab. He was preceded in death by his brothers Joe Little, John Little, Larry Little, Hilton Little, and William Little.
Jimmy was a very talented individual who was gifted in the area of construction. His passion for building and the creativity he brought with it was immeasurable. He spent an enormous amount of time helping others in all facets of the industry whether building structures or just remodeling. Not only did he love his craft of construction, but he also especially loved his family. Jimmy will be remembered for his kind heart, his deep voice, and his everlasting love for his family. Furthermore, we will never forget the joy he brought around everyone whom he came in contact with and all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his children, Damon Little and Kiesha Little, both of Atlanta, GA; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Lena Allen of Dewy Rose, GA,
Josephine (Robert) Willis, Ruth Jones, and Milton Little, all of Elberton, GA, and Sara (Jerry) Rucker of Athens, GA; ex-wife, Sarah Boggs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relative and friends.
Memorial service will be held Saturday August 30, 2025 at 12 noon at Dexter T. Sims Mortuary, LLC in The Rev. Charlie Sims, Jr and Conchita Sims Memorial Chapel.
