Mrs. Maria Matias Tomas, age 48 passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at St. John Paul II at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. Father Juan Jose Teran will officiate the service. The family will be receiving friends at their residence on Thursday, August, 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM.

Mrs. Tomas is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Manuel Jose Francisco; children, Andres Matias, Sebastian Matias, Bryan Matias, brothers; Miguel Matias and Matias Tomas

La Sra. María Matías Tomás, de 48 años, falleció el sábado 23 de agosto de 2025 en el Centro Médico Northeast Georgia de Gainesville.

El funeral se llevará a cabo el viernes 29 de agosto de 2025 en la iglesia San Juan Pablo II a las 12:00 p. m. El entierro se realizará en el Cementerio Memorial Park. El Padre Juan José Terán oficiará el servicio. La familia recibirá a sus amigos en su residencia el jueves 28 de agosto de 2025 a las 4:00 p. m.

A la Sra. Tomás le precedieron en la muerte sus padres.

Le sobreviven su esposo, Manuel José Francisco; sus hijos, Andrés Matías, Sebastián Matías, Bryan Matías; y sus hermanos, Miguel Matías y Matías Tomás.
