Hildred E. Benefield

Mrs. Hildred E Benefield, age 98, passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 21, 2025. She was born to the late James and Effie Anderson on April 13, 1927 in Forsyth County, GA.

         A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

         Mrs. Benefield is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Benefield; her son, Stanley Benefield and a number of brothers and sisters.

         She is survived by her children, Timothy Larry Benefield of Oakwood, GA, Phillip Lamar Benefield (Jackie) of Gainesville, GA, Debbie Elaine Harper of Oakwood, GA and Melissa Thompson (Rodney) of Habersham County, GA; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
