Randall "Randy" Lamar Reynolds

Mr. Randall “Randy” Lamar Reynolds, age 77, of Braselton passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. 

Randy was born on December 3, 1947, in Reidsville, Georgia, to Kathryn Moseley Reynolds and the late James Lamar Reynolds. He built a successful career as a civil engineer. He retired in 2018 from Wood Group, previously known as Simons, Simons Eastern, and AMEC.  

Randy is survived by his loving mother, Kathryn Reynolds of Reidsville, brother Doug Reynolds of Eatonton, brother-in-law Joe Perrone of Amelia Island, Florida, and his beloved children: Debbie (Hujoe) Reynolds Nash of Dacula, Laura Walker of Clarkesville, Jennifer (Steven) Clark of Hoschton, Jeremy (Nicole) Reynolds of Boulder, Colorado, and Melissa Reynolds of Lawrenceville. He was a proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and multiple great- grandchildren.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Elaine Reynolds; father James Lamar Reynolds, his sister, Marla Reynolds Perrone, and his son, David Reynolds. 

Randy was a reserved and resilient man. These qualities shaped his roles as a father, husband, and professional. He showed commitment to his family through his steadfast dedication to their happiness and wellbeing. He passed on a legacy of responsibility, a sharp wit, and a thoughtful appreciation for the literal meaning of words. 

The family will hold a memorial visitation on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Memorial Park South Funeral Home, 4121 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542.
